Sunday-Chinese Food

It's another sunday~ A day with my dear.. always looking forward to this day..we woke up quite late as the previous night was at st james. When we woke, it was about 2pm. I suggested to him that we had not cooked n eat chinese food for very long and he agreed. Hence we went the ntuc opp but there was nothing left.. I took charge of My ABC soup but no more corn!! Even the wet market! Then no choice, wearing our lok-cok tshirts n shorts and in my nerdy specs, we head down to tampines mall ntuc..
Finally, we got our la-la , black promfret, corn, carrot, potato, pork ribs, bittergound...almost done. and it was cheap..for so many it's just $27. Then we start preparing as we head home. And as usual i do the cutting and washing while dear do the cooking.
dear put salt to 'kill' the la-la.. they actually move and spit out their wadever shit. look amazing to me.. haha
Black promfret fish- put salt, pepper and chinese wine to season..
This new ta-hua soya sauce that we saw. We picked to try it out since it says its for fish and yes!! it tastes sooo much better!
My ABC soup-Ingredients : carrot, potato, corn, pork ribs, 2 chicken cubes, onion, garlic... This is easy for me so i volunteer for this..hehe..
dear's 招 牌 ， 苦 瓜 排 骨 it's really nice!!!
.....and another dear's fac dish- la la for what i know, ginger, garlic, chilli
And finally!! It's done! yummy!! It turns out to be quite alot for 2 but my soup was very tasty and sweet. Dear like it too =) tHank you .
We stayed home the whole day, no movies .. Just laze, hug and watch tv... there goes my sunday but waiting for next week......to... bangkok!!
